คำอธิบาย
Markethod is a multi-culture company based in Thailand and is an e-commerce enabler and a digital marketing agency. We help retailers to become successful in selling their merchandise online. We have two offices, one in Huahin and one in Bangkok. This role is based in Bangkok at our modern office in T-One Building (Wework)


We want you to help us with general administrative support for the business and clerical support service to the entire office including accounting support, also work with special project assignments and provide e-commerce assistance to clients.


Job Highlights:


  • Experience in administrative and/or secretarial
  • Thai with good English both verbal and written
  • Detailoriented and able to execute tasks efficiently

What do we want you to do?

Responsibilities in 4 major areas:

General admin

  • Taking care of general affairs in the office including procurement.
  • Responsible for special tasks assigned by management.

Accounting support

  • Prepare relevant reports such as sales, expenses, and payment reports, etc. send them to the accountant.
  • Issuing relevant documents such as tax invoices, billing notes, receipts, etc.

Sales support

  • Coordinate and assist clients' sales process efficiently.
  • Record and maintain accurate inventory data.

E-Commerce admin/assistant to clients

  • Manage online stores
  • Update product, price, and promotion.

What you need to fit this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 13 years experience in administrative and/or secretarial work.
  • Detailoriented, time management, ability to maintain information confidentiality.
  • Good maturity, communication skills, fast and selflearning.
  • Proficiency in MSoffice (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and Thai both verbal and written.
  • Have a flair for work and problem solver.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
