คำอธิบาย

Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales growth and deliver premium customer experience to become the top bestselling brands on Pure Player platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Line, etc) in Thailand with the best of Samsung's wide range of Product Portfolios
  • Manage /grow partnerships with key pure players and drive sales through discussion and alignment on campaign goals and plans
  • Optimize pure player channel effectiveness to maximize online transactions of mobile products. Lead and capture overall revenue
  • Endtoend responsibility from traffic management, forecast & supply chain execution, promotion, and pricing towards execution of programs and partnership management
  • Work closely with both regional and local pure player partners for the best outcome
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with internal crossfunctional teams supporting the eCommerce strategy
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to the team members, executive leadership, and crossfunctional partners
  • Manage backend system (API) with outsource and crossfunctional team for internal system
  • Working closely with enabler (3rd party) to ensure smooth process and deliver superior experience to shoppers
  • Increases sales by developing and disseminating product information; managing trade show participation; linking customers' experience eg; developing advertising programs, including content and graphics, and sales promotions; advocating crossproduct integrations and crossselling
  • Direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop eCommerce solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Market/Channel Complexity

  • Speed up business growth to meet rapid growth in the online market
  • Ability to balance channel conflict among pure player partners and offline channels
  • Differentiate each pure player platform strategy.

Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years' previous business experience in eCommerce capacity or Sales background with strong knowledge in online Pure Player.
  • Familiarity with best practices and webbased marketing is essential.
  • Have a systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Can adapt and respond quickly to a fastpaced setting and customer serviceoriented.
  • Well organized project management approach.
  • Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders and take on needs across the business.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Thai and English
  • Team player who builds strong, effective partnerships.
  • Ability interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong crossfunctional teamwork.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
฿13, ฿35,000.00 per month
