    VILLACARTE GROUP is a group of companies operating since 2012. We develop and manage premium real estate and hospitality projects in Phuket. Our portfolio includes Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas, Layan Verde, VillaCarte Agency, the proptech project Sabai, and La Green Hotel.

    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Investments Consultant - a leader who combines financial expertise, institutional-grade deal-making and the ability to shape and scale our investment direction. 

    Key Focus Areas

    Investor Relationships & Capital Development


    • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with investors, financial institutions and strategic partners

    • Leading the B2B and investment development direction

    • Expanding a strong pipeline of high-net-worth clients, family offices and institutional investors

    Deal Structuring & Negotiation


    • Structuring and negotiating investment deals, joint ventures and project financing agreements

    • Managing the full investment cycle from outreach → structuring → negotiation → closing

    • Reviewing and validating term sheets, deal structures and project economics

    Investment Materials & Financial Coordination


    • Coordinating preparation of investment materials: presentations, financial models, investor decks, term sheets

    • Validating financial assumptions and ensuring accuracy of underlying models

    • Maintaining complete visibility of all investor statuses via CRM

    Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy


    • Conducting market analysis to identify new investment trends and high-value channels

    • Tracking competitive insights and opportunities for new B2B development

    • Deeply understanding project financials, technical details and commercial parameters

    Cross-Functional Leadership


    • Collaborating closely with finance, development, commercial and legal teams

    • Ensuring alignment of all investor deliverables and communications

    • Leading legal flows for investment documents (MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, agreements)

    Process Optimization & Internal Frameworks


    • Developing internal scripts, guidelines and partner management policies

    • Creating scalable processes that support rapid growth and efficient capital raising

    We expect you to have


    • 5+ years of experience in investment management, partnerships or corporate finance

    • Track record of closing deals in the $5M–30M+ range (equity, debt or hybrid)

    • Deep understanding of project finance, capital raising and investor relations

    • Ability to analyze financial models and validate key assumptions

    • Experience reviewing legal documents (MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, investment agreements)

    • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment 

    • Experience with developers or investment funds in luxury residential or mixed-use projects

    • Location in Thailand or Southeast Asia, or readiness to relocate to Phuket

    Language Requirements

    We are specifically looking for a candidate who fits the following profile:

    • English — C1+ (mandatory for investor-level communication)

    • Additional languages (Thai, Russian, Chinese, Ukrainian, French, German) — optional
