To support end to end recruiting process as well as budget management;
In charge of all hiring activities; job posting, candidate search, phone and face to face interview with candidates and hiring managers.
Advertising job availability through online channels and other media.
Attending job fairs and other events and searching for talent
In charge of all recruiting paperwork, new hires follow up and assessment during probation.
Provide management team an update about all recruiting activities.
To work closely with HR team in order to support other HR related activities and process
