Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Compensation & Benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals, business plans, and budget
- Manage fixed and variable compensation programs including base salary, allowances, incentives, and bonuses
- Oversee annual compensation processes such as salary review, merit increase, and bonus administration
- Manage and continuously improve employee benefits programs including group insurance, provident fund, leave, and other benefits
- Conduct compensation analysis, salary surveys, and market benchmarking to support management decision-making
- Monitor and control people costs effectively in line with approved budgets
- Provide professional advice on Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS matters to management, HRBPs, and line managers
- Oversee and develop HRIS to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee, organizational, payroll, and benefits data
- Coordinate with IT teams and HRIS vendors on system enhancement, implementation, workflow design, and data integration
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security of employee information within HRIS Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards using HRIS data to support strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS
- Lead, coach, and develop the Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS team and promote best practices
- Support HR transformation, digitalization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Hands-on experience with at least one HRIS platform
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, social security regulations, and statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to prepare reports and dashboards for management decision-making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at management level
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
