Job Description:

Our client is a leading Power and Automation Business as a Total Solution Provider Leading Company in Smart Grid and Green Businesses.


Position:
Distribution Manager


Location:
Bangkok/Near BTS


Type of hiring:
Permanent


Working hours: 5 Days/Week


Start Date:
ASAP


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating and sharing functional leadership meetings (Distribution Engineering, Construction Engineering, Field Engineering Design).
  • Reviewing and recommending action on any projects.
  • Monitoring the costs of field activities, collating and analyzing performance, and giving feedback to field teams.
  • Maintaining and improving the operational and financial performance of distribution facilities of the Company.
  • Resolving employee issues and concerns in a fair and timely manner and creating a Safe Work Environment supporting the exchange of ideas and opinions.
  • Expected to lead major crossfunctional teams as assigned on a regular basis.
  • Serves as a voting member of the Engineering Review Committee approving all Distribution and Substation Capital projects.
  • Assisting the Management and other supervisors in developing short to midterm Team recommendations.
  • Identifying training needs, developing performance goals, and providing personnel development opportunities for Engineering Staff.
  • Responsible for the safety of all direct reports, including communications of all safetyrelated issues.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor/Master's degrees in Electric Engineering and related.
  • 5 years' experience in Power and Energy Business Development is an advantage.
  • Experience in working in Site/Electrical field.
  • Good command of English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Having a good attitude and relationship skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and independently/in teamwork.
  • Have own car and driving license.
