Job summary
วิเคราะห์ วางแผน และจัดทำงบประมาณประจำปีในส่วนรายได้และรายจ่ายของแผนกอาหารและเครื่องดื่มใน Concession ร่วมกับ F&B Department Manager สรรหาสินค้าที่เหมาะสมและคาดว่าจะได้รับความนิยมเข้ามาจำหน่ายใน Concession จัดทำแผนงานการจำหน่ายสินค้า รายเดือน, รายไตรมาส, รายปี และปฏิบัติตามแผนงานที่วางไว้ โดยจัดทำแผนส่งเสริมการขายสำหรับสินค้า และช่องทางการจำหน่ายที่รับผิดชอบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่อง เปอรียบเทียบราคาสินค้า พร้อมเจรจาต่อรอง และจัดการเงื่อนไขการวางจำหน่ายสินค้ากับ Supplier เพื่อให้ได้ต้นทุนสินค้าและเครื่องดื่มที่เหมาะสม
