Job Summary:

Product and business development who is responsible to build/design/develop business capabilities and transform KKP products and services to serve customers through digital channels, work with cross-functional teams to launch product releases, ensure product release to deliver on time and improve customer experiences

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

Build/design/develop business capabilities and transform investment products and services to serve customers through digital channels
Develop the business by building new business strategies, as well as upselling and crossselling to existing clients.
Own/prepare business activities, collaborate with crossfunctional teams in Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group (KKPFG) to manage and launch product releases on time
Understand and analyze customer needs, align product roadmap to strategic goals and ensure customer experience improvement
Research and analyze market, the users, and product roadmaps to compete in financial industry
Develop appropriate customer journey and detailed specifications for product features as well as business flows/diagrams for the development team to clearly understand
Collaborate with call center team, app support team and IT team to investigate and solve issues on digital channels
Collaborate with development team, UXUI designer team, data team, tester team, and marketing team to ensure quality of product prior to product release

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ:

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business administration, computer science or related focus area
Have experience in product owner, business analyst or related fields at least 3 years
Excellent interpersonal skill and administrative skill
Good analytical skill and acumen in business logic
Proactive attitude and selfmotivate
Good communication and active listening skill
Contribution to work and can work under pressure
