- งานประจํา ปี- ชลบุรี- ปริญญาตรี- 50,000-65,000THB- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Leading and manage "Motor and Electric component parts development team" that is the team under Product R&D division.
- Operate the development projects for "Fan motor and Electric component" parts that use in airconditioner products.
- Development details are technical specification preparation, Evaluation testing, Cost control etc. (cooperation with suppliers)
- Perform VA and costdown activities for current "Fan motor and Electric component" parts while keeping the same quality level.
- Make and control roadmap of "Fan motor and Electric component" parts that will be used with all airconditioner products line up
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Age 3040 years
- Any gender
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
- At least 8 years' experience in the field of Electric Motor or Electric component part development. (Especially motor or electric component parts for airconditioners).
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Have knowledge in Electrical design, Mechanical design, Material selection, Reliability testing, and Manufacturing of electric motor or electric component parts.
- Conversation middle level in English.
- Good computer proficiency is preferable
- Good communication and presentation skill is preferable
- Experience in Air-Conditioners is an advantage is preferable
- TOEIC Score 550 up is an advantage
