Job summary

ผลักดันยอดขาย ขยายกำลังการผลิตและส่วนแบ่งตลาดในประเทศที่มีอยู่ และเจาะตลาดใหม่ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายโดยการหาลูกค้าใหม่และเพิ่มปริมาณการสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้าเดิม สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า รวมถึงสนับสนุนความต้องการของลูกค้า ทบทวนรายงานการขายรายสัปดาห์และรายเดือนร่วมกับผู้บริหาร เพื่อตรวจสอบว่าเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์เป็นไปตามแผน สื่อสารแนวโน้มของตลาด ประเด็นด้านราคา และปัญหาเฉพาะอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย วิเคราะห์ตลาด พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ในกลุ่มสินค้าที่รับผิดชอบ และเสนอแผนกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจเพื่อรักษาหรือเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของกลุ่มสินค้าในตลาดต่างประเทศ จัดกิจกรรม เช่น การเปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่ รวมถึงเข้าร่วมงานแสดงสินค้าระดับนานาชาติ ศึกษาสภาพตลาด คู่แข่ง และอินไซต์ของผู้บริโภค เพื่อนำมาพัฒนากลยุทธ์การตลาด เช่น การวางตำแหน่งสินค้/การวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้จัดการโครงการ เพื่อเป็นผู้นำ อำนวยความสะดวก สนับสนุนกระบวนการดำเนินงาน และประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอก เช่น เทรดมาร์เก็ตติ้ง ฝ่ายขาย ซัพพลายเชน วิจัยและพัฒนา การผลิต ซัพพลายเออร์ หรือ/หรือ OEM เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา หรือสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มเติมทางธุรกิจในสาขา NPD
