    What you'll do

    • Lead and manage the sticker installation hub's daily operations.
    • Supervise and support sticker team members to achieve targets on driver activation, sticker quality, and installation volume.
    • Plan and monitor manpower schedules, workloads, and task assignments.
    • Ensure proper inventory management of sticker materials and tools.
    • Coordinate with the Driver Operations and Marketing teams to align activation campaigns and incentives.
    • Track performance KPIs such as sticker installation rate, driver return rate, and hub efficiency.
    • Handle driver inquiries and ensure positive partner experience at the hub.
    • Maintain accurate operational reports and provide performance updates to management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and process SOPs.
    • Drive continuous improvement in operational workflow and team efficiency.

    What you'll need

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
    • 2–4 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or field team management.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Good problem-solving, multitasking, and communication abilities.
    • Familiar with performance tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, dashboards).
    • Positive attitude, hands-on mindset, and results-driven.
