Job summary
Oversee and manage all internal factory operations to achieve maximum efficiency drive factory operations define policies set targets supervise the performance of various departments analyze and improve supply chain efficiency focus on Lead Time Cost and Delivery Performance manage supply chain risks develop comprehensive contingency plans manage inventory levels effectively reduce carrying costs prevent raw material shortages supervise maintain factory quality systems in accordance with standards such as ISO GMP HACCP or specific customer requirements perform Root Cause Analysis for quality issues establish Corrective amp Preventive Actions monitor and manage both internal and external audits evaluate compliance with relevant laws regulations review maintain Environmental Management Systems EMS support drive continuous improvement KAIZEN Lean initiatives assist Plant Manager in strategic planning overall management perform other duties as assigned.
