Job Purpose

Take ownership and display leadership with closely coordination with Group office to be cognizant of IT Governance standards, adapt to local BU requirements and ensure compliance within IT workstream.

Evaluate organization's Information Technology landscape against established policies and procedures.

Take a lead role for IT workstream in internal and external IT audits with clear understanding of the artifacts being audited.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Group office to get direction on latest IT processes and procedures and ensure local compliance.
Conduct workshops and mentor junior team members on IT processes and related matters including control of processes with periodic check to ensure strong process governance in place.
Perform scheduled reviews, identify potential vulnerabilities and risks, within IT by reviewing related artifacts with related parties.
Take a lead role in managing IT internal projects that related to process compliance such as release management, change request.
Perform the highlevel ITrelated asset management for the whole organization. Expert in ServiceNow to perform advance features such as configuration management which is required by ISO.
Take a lead role in working with internal and external auditors to keep IT complaint in all aspects. Also, lead IT workstream in internal and external IT audits with clear understanding of the artifacts being audited.
Guide others and prepare procedure documents, capture the procedures performed, support conclusions reached, reporting and provide valueadded recommendations as per latest technological trends.

Represent team and acquire additional knowledge of regulations and emerging technologies so as keep the organization's IT landscape updated and complaint well ahead of time.
