- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies and business plans to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage project sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide management with market insights.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Service, Procurement, etc.) to support customer requirements.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluation for the sales team.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.
- Experience Minimum 7-10 years of experience in industrial/project sales.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in Industrial Pump or Industrial Water Pump, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or Industrial sectors in Rayong will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to set and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic problem-solving and customer relationship management.
- Good command of English (speaking and writing).
- Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to travel to industrial estates and upcountry locations.
- Familiarity with the working culture in the Eastern region, especially in Rayong, is preferred.
- Good personality, strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and ability to work under pressure.
