Follow the policy Company's regulations and perform tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Behave in good conduct towards supervisors. And to be a good role model for subordinates.
Understand the standard of quality of work.
Understand details of the inspection process of the work from ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) and Customer Specification requirements that have been officially approved.
Understand detail of Drawings, Specifications, and Quality Procedures and follow the requirements for each project.
Be able to choose Quality Procedure, WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), WPQ (Welder Performance Qualification) approved and valid for each project.
Inspection Materials and Consumables to meet the requirements.
Inspection the work according to the ITP requirements e.g., check the work before welding, during welding, and after welding. To meet the requirements.
Investigate incorrect Fabrication work and Erection, report and consult Quality team Lead or Construction Manager when encountering problems immediately.
Coordinate product quality meeting with construction departments, customers and other relevant departments and report to supervisors.
Make sure that all reports are correct and all attached documents are in latest revision.
Review all inspection reports for compliance.
Assist quality engineers to maintain and control the quality system.
Join a meeting Weekly quality control work.
Review work procedures and instructions to comply with good operating practices and customer needs.
To improve and advise workers (welders and assemblers) performance to avoid working errors.
Provide all relevant reports of inspections as per Request for Inspection (RFI) that would be completed or inspected as RFI mentioned by each portion of the project assigned.

- คุณสมบัติ

Welding Inspector (At least 5 years of experience in Welding Inspector)

Age preferably 2255 years
Diploma in Welding Technology or equivalent. (Diploma in Welding Technology may be an optional qualification, if the person is with proven track record in welding) Be able to demonstrate of ISO 9001 requirements.
Minimum 5 years' experience as welding inspector.
Should have experience in oil & gas/Petrochemical industry.
English proficiency reading, listening, speaking, writing at good level.
Computer knowledge be able to use basic computer programs related to work.
Have knowledge and understanding about the standards of fabrication work, inspection work and relevant international standards.
A certificate of competence or training from the Institute of Skill Development in the field of professional welding inspection.
Requires either or both of these Cert CSWIP3.1 or AWS CWI.
