Tool design/verification to support new products (Die casting and Automation design.)
Tool design/improvement to support the inhouse production processes to achieve plant targets as output and defect.
Updating and maintaining all concerned drawings in system.
Initiating new tool design or process methods/technologies to increase design efficiency and to reduce manufacturing cost.
Designing of Process and Tool controlling until release to operations.
Supporting and participating in company activities concerning Occupational Safety Health, Environment, Energy, PDCA, TPM, 5S, GSS, etc.
Cooperate and support for all of management systems in the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineer, Production engineer, Industrial engineer, Tool and die engineer, or related field.
Over 5 of experience in Process Engineer/Tooling Engineer in manufacturing industry.
Has experience in highprecision part, mold/die casting is advantage.
Knowledgeable CAD/CAM design programming.
Project management/Tool testing/Cost and controlling skills.
Familiar with APQP, PPAP. PMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and standard work.
Good command of English.
