Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall objectives and goals.
- Identify target market segments and develop tailored marketing strategies for each segment.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends to inform marketing strategies.
Product Launches and Promotions:
- Plan and execute product launches for new mobile gadgets, including developing marketing collaterals, communication plans, and advertising campaigns.
- Organize and oversee promotional activities to boost sales, such as special offers, discounts, and bundling deals.
Brand Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand identity for our mobile gadgets.
- Create compelling messaging that highlights the unique features and benefits of our products.
Digital Marketing:
- Work with the digital marketing team to optimize online presence and drive traffic to product pages and sales channels.
Offline Marketing:
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities, such as events, trade shows, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with event organizers, agencies, and partners to maximize exposure and engagement.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials and tools to support their efforts.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make datadriven improvements.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring costeffective allocation of resources across various marketing activities.
Competitive Analysis:
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats in the market.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics or mobile gadgets industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile gadget technology and trends.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
