Company Description

Job Summary:
Ensure the achievement of company objectives contribution, while adhering to Marketing guidelines.


Develop and implement all marketing execution and activities for Body contouring, to implement all aspects of CS marketing strategy and promotion plan.

Coordinate and make recommendations to Area Brand Lead to ensure synergy of marketing effort and leverage of marketing resources.


Coordinate with and recommend to country and area logistics to ensure continuous supply and availability of commercial and training product.


Coordinate with and recommend to country and area regulatory to prioritize registration of new products/packaging and to ensure proper maintenance of existing products.

Assume a crucial role as a Practice Development Manager for responsible area, to manage and develop key customers.

Detailed description of MAIN tasks and responsibility:
Planning and Organizing


Assist Sales and Marketing manager to establish and plan for marketing spending to develop annual budget plan to fully exploit the market potential and develop marketing strategy to achieve brand sales target, within the framework of company objectives.

Initiate Review product marketing plan to ensure the achievement of short
- and long-term business unit objectives.


Gather data to understand customer needs, market size, market growth and competitive share position and initiate market research project if needed.

Establish new product planning to ensure the effective pre-marketing activities prior to launch.


Make recommendations to set price for new products or price adjustment for existing products to maximize sales and gross profit.


Coordinate with and recommend local and area regulatory manager to prioritize registration of new products/new packaging and ensure registration approval of such products before the launch date, and to ensure proper maintenance of existing products.

Plan and develop country key opinion leader & trainers to provide education and information to customers. Recommend to and coordinate with Area Brand lead to develop Area level thought leader.

Implementation, Coordination and Monitoring


Manage and drive new product development program and existing business through close co-ordination with Area Brand lead and R&D support.

Develop, support, direct and manage the in-market business, optimize resources to achieve the goal.

Maintain contact and build relationship with key opinion leader to get support and build company image.


Develop creative input for the marketing plan and key product strategies, tactics and promotional activities to achieve maximum market impact.

Monitor competitive product promotion and develop specific measures to counter competitive activity.

Continually review assigned products progress / prognosis with Sales Manager for to initiate corrective measures where necessary.

Implement all training activities related to product promotion to sales team

Organize, implement, control and report on pre-launch campaigns of assigned products.

Liaise with the Regulatory Affairs Manager and the Sales Managers in conducting safety monitoring programs for assigned products.
Cross Functional Coordination and Effective Communication


Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure that marketing plan of each product is communicated to field force.

Work closely with Digital, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Finance and Medical team.
Practice Development


Responsible for sales the consumable part of the CoolSculpting system together with coordinating with customers to improve and development marketing activities & Tools to promote CoolSculpting in the market in line with International and country business goals and objectives.

Be able to have field visit with customer according to company's target or assigned by Manager.

Analysis customers utilization and discuss with customers to improve their performance and growing customers' available

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field, MBA is a plus.
  • Having experience in Marketing, Consumer or Digital Marketing would be preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and remain positive and motivated.
  • Commercial acumen in seeking opportunities to grow the business
