We are delivering a luxury lifestyle complex on Kamala Beach in Phuket,A high-ownership leadership role acting as the central coordination point between construction,
design, leasing, marketing, and operations to deliver a flawless world-class destination.
Responsibilities
- Act as the central coordination lead between contractors consultants designers leasing marketing legal accounting and operations
- Oversight final construction quality control snagging project close-out
- Tenant coordination design approvals fit-out execution compliance approvals risk prevention departments pre-opening launch readiness daily operations cleanliness security visitor experience ambience service standards overall destination experience marketing events lifestyle programming awareness engagement 5+ years luxury real estate hospitality mixed-use developments Strong experience final construction stages pre-opening operations Proven ability manage multiple stakeholders complex environments High standards problem-solving mindset owner mentality Experience Thailand Southeast Asia preferred locals expats welcome Rare opportunity shape landmark luxury destination High visibility direct access ownership Long-term growth potential opening Competitive compensation based experience Apply CV LinkedIn profile Shortlisted candidates contacted confidentially
