    Job Responsibilities

    • Prepare, review, and record staff reimbursement payments accurately and on time.
    • Handle reversal of tax invoices and receipts, including proper follow-up and documentation.
    • Record purchase invoices into the accounting system and prepare payment vouchers.
    • Verify billing accuracy, payment status, and completeness of supporting documents.
    • Process payments and perform reconciliation related to accounts payable.
    • Prepare and submit tax filings to the Revenue Department, including VAT, Withholding Tax, Duty Stamp, and Special Business Tax.
    • Maintain and update fixed asset records in the accounting system.
    • Ensure all accounting records comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
    • Support month-end closing activities related to AP functions.
    • Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

    Qualifications

    • Gender: Male or Female.
    • Age: 25– years.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Experience in AP operations, including journal entries.
    • Knowledge of VAT and withholding tax deduction.
    • High responsibility, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
    • Strong documentation skills.
    • Positive attitude, honesty, and accountability.
    • Good communication skills in English.
    • Experience with D365 system is a plus.
    • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
