คำอธิบาย

Responsibilities:


Dextra Manufacturing is seeking a talent (AFS) Aftersales Service, Area manager to carry out the responsibility for maintenance and development of AFS program (Dextra's customer support, AFS standards, policies & equipment procedure management).

You will be responsible for the coordination and synergizing of AFS activities in APAC / NORTH ASIA / INDIA / BANGLADESH / MIDDLE EAST region within the different processes listed here below:

Planned/unplanned maintenance activity:
  • To support & monitor the maintenance activity to ensure than all equipment within the areas is able to guarantee the same output that are aligned with our Dextra standard.

Equipment continuous improvements:
  • Ensure periodical equipment audit are done on all equipment & propose potential ways of improvements (maintenance cost, machine's reliability / productivity / about functionality).

Training Plan:
  • Provide regular training for both customers and After Sales Service Teams
  • Organized to ensure best practices & procedures are implemented to optimize the efficiency (productivity / quality / Safety / cost).

Reporting:
  • Establish AFS monthly reports for each area and update management regarding to ongoing AFS issues
  • Standardize template with all key AFS indicators (MTTR /MTBF / MNT cost / productivity / machines position file)

uality / documentation:


  • Provide support in coordination with across departments regarding quality issues (product or equipment) that may arise and fully document them.

Develop the transition to an organization that empowers our customers:
  • Remote maintenance / transfer of competences / invoicing of activities that the customer delegates to us
  • Provide and promote aftersales services to customer on our value added solutions

Equipment productivity improvement

  • To define solutions to improve the productivity based on spare parts stock with Dextra factory, local sourcing, preventive maintenance, optimization, overhaul machine, training, machine standardization, and adapt AFS taskforces

Machines spare parts stock definition

  • Implement well adapted and optimized spare parts needed for all Dextra's machines
  • Taking in account an acceptable B/D rate, local sourcing possibilities, preventive maintenance optimization, maintenance contracts, operator and users training to be able to detect part's failure drift

Key Competencies:


  • Good computer literacy
  • Experience in ERP (EFACs and AX): management system to control sales, planning, production and experience managing P&L, would be a plus

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
  • 57 years of experience in Service Engineer and collaborating within a multicultural environment
  • Strong English communication
  • Servicing & global skills in Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic equipment.
  • New IoT tools global skills / Management skills. Analytical approach. listening skills and persuasiveness
