HR Business Partner Support Manager - CBD & Employee Engagement
LOCATION:
Thailand
MAIN JOB PURPOSE
The HR Business Partner works with Function Leaders in Customer Business Development (CBD) to land the people agenda anchored on Talent, Skill, Organization, and Culture.
Delivers HR support to the business and ensures HR delivery is fully aligned to business goals with talent management, performance management, recruitment, learning, reward, and communication.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DELIVERABLES70% HR Partner for Thailand Business Unit:
- Support HR Business Partner Manager to directly working with Thailand Customer Business Development team, delivering HR support and implementing HR policies.
- Daytoday HR Partnering operations (employee communication, people movement, talent management, culture building, team activities)
- Cocreates talent strategy and talent mapping.
- Eyes and ears on ground for people concerns.
- Works at both the organizational and individual level to assess learning & capability building needs.
- Support HRBP Manager in driving Function's Engagement initiatives based on UniVoice results.
- Understands the broader market context and what's happening in the organization and uses these insights to improve business performance.
- Uses insight for HR interventions and people solutions.
- Assesses the talent needs of the organization to design and deliver the most effective talent solutions.
- Works closely and collaboratively with other HRBPs, Employee Experience, and HR Expertise teams.
30% One Unilever Employee Engagement and DE&I:
- Works with HRBP Manager and related teams in creating and driving One Unilever Employee Engagement initiatives for Thailand.
- Oversee engagement activities from planning to execution, ensure high level of employee's satisfaction.
- Be contact point both for internal and external partners for Employee Engagement activities.
- Be the Leader for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for One Unilever.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 35 years HR Business Partnering Experience (ideally in a commercial or marketing facing role)
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with facilitating workshops and team events
- Relevant experience in HR Systems and Processes (Workday, Microsoft Applications)
- Can manage higher leaders, stakeholders, and peers.
- Endtoend project management, operations, and execution
- Attention to detail.
- Can work in a fastpaced multinational environment.
