    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and develop strategic sourcing channels to attract top-tier IT talent for outsourcing & permanent placements.
    • Analyze and translate client job requirements into effective recruitment strategies.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workforce needs and providing talent solutions.
    • Act as a point of escalation for recruitment-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
    • Oversee interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation with candidates.
    • Collaborate with clients on onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of outsourced employee records and documentation.
    • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure correct and timely processing of time attendance and benefits.
    • Monitor KPIs and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in recruitment delivery and team efficiency.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
    • Solid understanding of recruitment lifecycle and best practices in the outsourcing industry.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong client and candidate relationships.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

    Additional Preferred Qualifications

    • Proven experience recruiting technical roles such as software developers, testers, and system analysts.
    • Good understanding of IT outsourcing trends and market dynamics.
    • Experience in employer branding and social media recruiting strategies.
    • Fluency in Thai and English is highly desirable.
