    คำอธิบาย
    Job Responsibilities- Handle all HR functions including HR & GA functions.- Develop and update compensation, benefits by monitoring market trend and analyse statistical data and reports.- Implement and update HR and company policies, job duties, salary and promotion system.- Manage overall picture of HR & GA Departments.- Report to the Director or MD.ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่- จัดการฟังก์ชัน HR ทั้งหมด รวมถึงฟังก์ชัน HR & GA- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงค่าตอบแทน ผลประโยชน์ โดยการติดตามแนวโน้มของตลาดและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติและรายงาน- ดําเนินการและปรับปรุงนโยบายด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลและบริษัท หน้าที่การงาน เงินเดือน และการเลื่อนตําแหน่ง- จัดการภาพรวมของแผนก HR & GA- รายงานต่อผู้อํานวยการหรือ MDNecessary Skill / Experience
    • Age 40-50 years
    • Any gender
    • Bachelor's or master's degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields.
    • At least 10 years in management experience as well as experience of overall HR&GA operations.
    • At least 8 years in management experience as well Assistant - Manager level.
    • Experience of developing and implementing the company HR system or regulation.
    • Experience in planning and improving company structure with a successful plan.
    • Good command in English (Advanced Conversational middle - high)
    • Strong management skill.
    • Be able to travel to Bangkok Branch if require.Languages skills

    • มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 10 ปี รวมถึงประสบการณ์การดําเนินงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลและ GA โดยรวม
    • มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 8 ปี รวมถึงระดับผู้ช่วย - ผู้จัดการ
    • มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาและนําระบบทรัพยากรบุคคลหรือกฎระเบียบของบริษัทไปใช้
    • มีประสบการณ์ในการวางแผนและปรับปรุงโครงสร้างบริษัทให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่ประสบความสําเร็จ
    • สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สนทนาขั้นสูง กลาง-สูง)
    • มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการที่แข็งแกร่ง
    • สามารถเดินทางไปสาขากรุงเทพได้หากต้องการทักษะด้านภาษา
