คำอธิบาย

Job Responsibilities- Planning and verify the authenticity of documents used by customers with a purchase order number, MFG production number and send booking confirmation to customers (Wakudori-POS confirmation process).- Lead master plan / Set priority of machine by follow order sheet and sale forecast, set schedule of part delivery.- Lead QCD-CFT (patrol) of Fast Response Track to drive company mainly objective / concern problem solving.- Coordinate with purchase lead following part delivery and drive shortage (ADC) from local & oversea supplier including Japan HQ.- Works out the effective planning and strategies in order to achieve company business / financial objective.- Report to Japanese factory manager in English - Other assigned work by Japanese top managementความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่- วางแผนและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารที่ลูกค้าใช้ด้วยหมายเลขคําสั่งซื้อ, หมายเลขการผลิต MFG และส่งการยืนยันการจองให้กับลูกค้า (กระบวนการยืนยัน Wakudori-POS)- แผนแม่บทนํา / กําหนดลําดับความสําคัญของเครื่องจักรโดยปฏิบัติตามใบสั่งซื้อและการคาดการณ์การขาย กําหนดเวลาการส่งมอบชิ้นส่วน- เป็นผู้นํา QCD-CFT (ลาดตระเวน) ของ Fast Response Track เพื่อขับเคลื่อนบริษัทในการแก้ปัญหาตามวัตถุประสงค์/ข้อกังวลเป็นหลัก- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเป้าหมายในการสั่งซื้อตามการส่งมอบชิ้นส่วนและการขาดแคลน (ADC) จากซัพพลายเออร์ในประเทศและต่างประเทศ รวมถึงสํานักงานใหญ่ในญี่ปุ่น- วางแผนและกลยุทธ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ / ทางการเงินของบริษัท- รายงานต่อผู้จัดการโรงงานชาวญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหารระดับสูงชาวญี่ปุ่นNecessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5years working experience as production manager in manufacturing company
• Has work experience in Planning, Material, Logistics, Kaizen, Import & Export, BOI.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Conversational middle level of English (Can communicate with JP managers)
• Experience of Injection molding machine, Die casting machine
• Work in Japanese company
• Basic to Conversational Japanese levelLanguages skills
