คำอธิบาย

Responsibilities:


  • Gather and lead business requirement development which relates to Business Application, in order to conduct initial requirement, screening for further processes on solution development.
  • Work crossfunctionally with business, product, program, UI/UX designers, operation, IT, solutions which meet the business requirements
  • Research to understand customers' requirements, and build a best in class product and platform.
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product according to business value.
  • Ensure new initiative product/ feature/ service compliance to internal, local and regional regulatory/ compliance requirements.
  • Address appropriate procedures to ensure compliance with applicable product rules, customer information security and system requirements.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 35 years of working experience in product development
  • Good understanding of consumer banking products and services.
  • Good knowledge of technology and trends in digital banking/ fintech and knowledge of agile process and principles.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Good communication skill in both English & Thai
  • Understand Consumer Banking business and have product knowledge will be advantage.
Ability to work under pressure
