Job summary
Oversee all aspects of fund operations including strategy and process and team building Supervise daily fund NAVs calculation Review and approve financial transactions related to fund operations such as settling fund expenses subscriptions and redemptions Develop maintain fund accounting system Review revenue expenses distribution funds Review monthly performance the fund provide updates recommendations management Prepare financial statements tax reporting regulatory filings Supervise customer onboarding process KYC CDD Oversee subscriptions redemptions distributions Ensure that allocation policies procedures are closely followed following laws regulations.
