    MAIN PURPOSE


Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and controlling all marketing activities, and develop marketing plan and strategies and programs of the responsible brand(s) in order to achieve sales target, to build brand awareness, to identify new business channel opportunities, to increase and maintain market share, to maintain loyalty users and recruit new users, to create customer satisfaction programs, and to position on better ranking and to control profit & loss of the brand(s).

Develop annual budget and control expenditure to maximize profit and generate income and to achieve business plan


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning, developing, managing, and implementing on marketing plan, digital marketing, strategy, campaign, and activity of assigned brand(s) inclusive of the new product launch plan to be in line with headquarter direction in order to maintain loyalty consumers, recruit new consumers, create consumer satisfaction programs, achieve set objectives and set KPI i.e., build brand awareness, new product launch awareness, number of Facebook fan page & viewer & target audiences, sales target, ePR value, and etc.
  • Plan, manage and control the responsible brand's communication plan and/or media plan i.e., TVC, Facebook, OOH, etc. including getting media schedule approval from GM, manage the monthly media report review, approval the materials, etc.
  • Budget management, plan, manage have a control on overall P&L for the responsible brand(s)
  • Analysing on business, category, SKU, market trend, sales data, sales trend, and feasibility study.
  • Monitoring competitors' new product launch, pricing, campaign, etc.
  • Being the brand(s) holder's project leader on all workshop, event, organizing and attending events, seminars, exhibition, etc.
  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including consumers, colleagues, suppliers, designers, printers, publishers and partner agencies in all marketing communication support plan and production both offline and online.
  • Communicating with target audiences and managing CRM i.e., reply query on Facebook, IG, etc.
  • Sourcing advertising opportunities through new media channel i.e., new bloggers, influencer, sponsorship program, depending on the campaign
  • Writing and proofreading copy of all marketing & sales materials support
  • Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups
  • Evaluating all marketing campaigns
  • Manage on stock demand (FG&POSM), collaborate with SCM team for order process, category management, VM function and etc.
  • Relationship building with all related stakeholder, e.g., SAPAC / Regional, Business Partner, Agency, Third party, Online/Offline Retailer, KOLs
  • Coaching, monitoring Marketing team, subordinate team to develop team member.
  • Supporting assigned task upon request from the General manager and other team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • At least 5 years working experience in Marketing management
  • At least 3 years experiences in manager level or mange multiple brand
  • Proven experience in beauty cosmetics or skincare, FMCG or Consumer product.
  • Good leadership skills, highly motivated and energetic.
  • Strong negotiation skill, initiative and interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
