Responsibilities:
As Head of Product Owner, you will be the one who truly understand all our digital sales platforms and help steer the product vision and product roadmap including all backlog prioritization.
You will have to work closely with all stakeholders from various Business Units, Design and Technical team to consolidate and synthesize all business objectives, deliver best-in-class user experience and high quality technical solution.
Responsibilities- Manage continuous development of new digital sales platform to support all distribution channels and E2E digital sales models of MTL and partners' platforms.
- Lead and coach the team of Product Owners and Business Analysts to provide support and consultancy for their professional and personal development.
