As a Chief Technology Officer, you will:

  • Contribute actively in defining the company's overall strategy, with technological requirements, while participating in the Executive Committee.
  • Oversee all Engineering teams from Business Analyst, Software to Quality Engineers, and directly manages Heads of Engineering.
  • Set a technophile vision, develop strategies towards greater synergies among teams.
  • Manage technology and resources budgets with time frames.
  • Define resources, capability requirements, inspire and attract talent. Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure career development paths.
  • Be an evangelist for new technologies, by providing guidance and leadership, motivating the teams into building an exceptional engineering culture.
  • Design, improve technical solutions and processes, ensure adoption of technology best practice and be accountable for projects technical delivery.
  • Provide highlevel support in solving technical issues, and advise the teams for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on mutual business goals and maintain a consumerfocused vision.
  • Oversee technology operations, ensure performance, effectiveness, consistency and stability while scaling.
  • Continuously drive improvement of internal systems and policies.
  • Ensuring security in the projects across data, systems, infrastructure, operations, etc.
  • Be involved with regulators of each market on technological aspects
  • Stay on top of technology trends and developments.

Preferred qualifications:


  • At least Bachelor in IT, Computer Science/Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology roles, with solid handson experience.
  • Accomplished and recognized technology leader with experience managing and scaling large engineering teams.
  • Process oriented with a proven track record of improving processes, while managing technological change in a fast growing organization.
  • Exceptional visionary and technological skills.
  • Great mentorship, influencing and team management skills.
  • Experience in engaging with regulators, reporting and policy discussions
  • Business and strategic mindset, with ease to align business and technology goals.
  • Indepth Financial an Technology industry knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
