- Create and oversee the development of clear technical documentation, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of the solutions provided.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading a team of Business Analysts or a similar role more than 8 years.
- Strong technical proficiency, with an ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on customer engagement and relationship building.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, scope them efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.
