Description

• Offer analytical assistance, due diligence, and transactional support for M&A deals and capital raising endeavors
• Create financial models and toolkits for valuation assessments
• Produce pitch book presentations and associated client materials
• Conduct research on client industries to pinpoint business trends
• Oversee and monitor the internal corporate finance budget
• Take ownership of personal development goals and align with organizational objectives
• Collaborate as a member of the deal team to finalize M&A transactions

Profile

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar disciplines.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a leading professional services firm;
• Fluency in both English and Thai is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness and capability to travel domestically and internationally.
