Responsibilities:

Key account management
Acquire new customers / new product selling, and upgrade the benefits from the existing customers to achieve sales targets
Correspondence with the customers and insurers in case of the customers have any inquiries or request more information.
Contact insurers for getting insurance proposals to support premium & condition comparison for renewal policy procedure
Follow up insurance cards, invoice including collection premium payments and submit related documents to insurers.
Meet regularly with the customers to update the coverages, claim ratio, aftersales services, new product selling and etc.
Handle Hotline 24/7 for all queries
Work with insurers to design exclusive packages to meet customer requirements
Other responsibilities as assigned

Experience requirements:

Bachelor degree any related field.
Experience in health insurance business/ Insurance Company/ Broker at least 10 years.
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills, analytical skill, problem solving skill and negotiation skill.
Good command in Thai and English
Good in computer literacy especially in Excel and Power Point are required.
Car Driving License is a must
