คำอธิบาย
Our client is a one-stop service solutions company providing adapted solutions for many business in Thailand.Responsibilities:
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Assisting account managers to issue quotations, and present the services to customers.
- Being a company's representative to respond to new client enquiries in every channel Ex. VDO meetings, telephone, and face to face meetings. Elaborating a complicated enquiry or large size of sales volume to the Account Manager when appropriate.
- Entering order information into the company database.
- Coordinating and building relationships with customers.
- Managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Working with staff members from other departments such as Marketing, Outsourcing, and other departments to optimize sales.
- Analyzing pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure a good level of customer satisfaction & and customer experience.
- Monitoring sales performance through sales tracking tools and reporting the progress to the Account Manager.
- Creating and maintaining the sales reports.
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators for new sales and services delivery.
- Maintaining a record of sales trends and handling sales tracking tools, and, reporting on vital information.
- Identifying where improvement is needed in sales practices and making suggestions for improvements.
- Working on various new or relevant projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A sales professional with a hunter sales mentality.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience as a sales executive.
- Teamwork and motivational skills.
- Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry.
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail.
