Job summary
Drive sell-in and sell-out performance to meet monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Maintain strong relationships with store managers buyers and merchandisers Ensure product availability display and visibility according to planograms and brand guidelines Monitor stock levels coordinate replenishment and manage product returns Execute in-store promotions and activities in collaboration with marketing and trade marketing teams Collect analyze market data competitor activities customer feedback Prepare weeklymonthly sales reports communicate store performance updates Support new product launches ensure proper execution at the store level Coordinate internal teams supply chain merchandising finance smooth operations Bachelor degree Business Administration Marketing related field At least years experience B2B sales preferably cosmetics skincare beauty FMCG Strong interpersonal communication skills Passionate beauty cosmetics good product knowledge Selfmotivated targetdriven servicesminded
