Job summary
The Customer Service Officer (CSO) – Exports is responsible for handling end-to-end export shipment coordination, documentation, and customer communication.Responsibilities
- Shipment Booking & Coordination
- - Place bookings with shipping lines, airlines, or NVOCCs as per customer requirements
- Export Documentation Handling
- - Prepare and verify export documents such as: Bill of Lading (Draft & Final), Shipping Instructions (SI), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (if required)
- Customer Service & Communication
- - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Follow-ups & Shipment Monitoring
- - Follow up with: Shipping lines for booking confirmations and amendments ,
