- Identify opportunities to expand the company business, including through partnerships, acquisitions, and new markets.
- Lead cross functional collaboration in assessing potential new product lines.
- Lead/support the process of strategy development including commercial team structure design, launch, and results tracking of the selected new product lines.
- Identify other areas of opportunity to accelerate business growth and provide recommendation to the General Manager.
- Lead/support special projects as assigned.
- Male/Female, Age 35 or above
- Bachelor's degree in sciences
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in selling medical equipment through the medical channel, with a focus on oncology ,cardiovascular and ventilator fields.
- Or Minimum of 5 years' experience in selling medical equipment through the medical channel
- Minimum 5 years of experience as sales manager, product manager, or key account manager in the healthcare industry
- Excellent people management, problem solving, communication, collaboration and negotiating skills
- Strategic, analytical, result driven, detail-oriented, resourceful and has initiatives
- Customer oriented and people oriented
- High & demonstrable sense of entrepreneurship
- Above all, must demonstrate a healthy attitude towards work, customers, and team members
