Job summary
Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and cross-functional teams to gather analyze and define requirements for digital systems e.g mobile applications web applications internal platforms Conduct business and user research including requirement discovery user pain point analysis usage behavior analysis to support system improvement Translate business requirements user journeys workflows research insights into clear functional specifications user stories acceptance criteria for technical teams Analyze existing processes system workflows data flows identify gaps improvement opportunities enhancements Support end-to-end development lifecycle including validation solution design change management Plan prepare execute User Acceptance Testing UAT test planning case preparation execution defect management Validate system data outputs basic SQL queries support analysis testing issue investigation Prepare documentation manuals training materials conduct training sessions end users Provide post-implementation support monitor issues analyze root causes coordinate defect resolution after releases or enhancements Analyze performance behavior findings optimize experience usability conversion retention Work closely developers UX/UI designers QA operations infrastructure teams ensure solutions align business needs Qualification Bachelor degree Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology related field Minimum years solid experience Business Analyst role exposure product digital development Strong analytical problem-solving critical thinking skills research-oriented mindset Experience conducting research requirement discovery system/product analysis Excellent communication presentation stakeholder management skills Ability work independently manage priorities drive tasks completion Knowledge Agile/Scrum methodologies advantage User training documentation MS Office tools Excel PowerPoint Word Basic knowledge SQL required Advantage IT infrastructure architecture reporting tools required Related fields include but not limited to software engineering computer science information technology international relations public policy political science economics mathematics statistics finance pre-medical studies psychology sociology communications marketing supply chain logistics human resources industrial engineering other relevant majors degrees View all descriptions website
