As an integral part of our accounting and finance brigade, you'll be the maestro of our accounts payable (AP) functionalities and payment orchestration, steering our fiscal operations to pinnacle precision.
Your Role
- Commandeer the AP and cash management for our finance unit, overseeing four entities across Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.
- Meticulous recording, verification, and substantiation of payable invoices.
- Analyze and report on AP to bolster financial closure processes.
- Streamline company bank accounts and credit facilities for peak efficiency.
- Secure timely and accurate vendor payments.
- Reconcile bank statements with the GL and oversee clearing accounts.
- Navigate taxation intricacies related to AP.
- Maintain impeccable documentation and systematic organization.
- Periodically reassess processes for integration with our company ERP.
- Cultivate robust rapport with banking institutions and suppliers.
- Offer strategic insights to elevate company profitability and operations.
Who You Are
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree coupled with 45 years in a relevant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with a zest for mastering our ERP system (Odoo) and a flair for innovation.
- Exceptional command of English in both written and verbal form.
- A paragon of organization and meticulousness.
- A collaborative spirit adorned with problemsolving prowess and analytical acumen.
- Background in ecommerce, retail, or online marketing is highly regarded.
