Role Overview

We are looking for:

Delivery of Procurement operations according to the service catalog, Issuing and monitoring of Purchase Orders for Indirect materials and Services.

We count on you for:

Deliver BSA Purchasing Operations according to defined procedures.
Process Purchase Requisitions and turn them into Purchase orders in ERP systems
Review purchase requisitions against given criteria (quality and proper approval)
Turn purchase requisitions into purchase orders
Send purchase orders to supplier
Followup Purchasing Orders
Collect supplier acknowledgement
Purchase Order delivery follow up only if specifically requested by GBU
Respect quantitative, quality and timing targets for the assigned tasks.
Ensure uptostandard service delivery, correct processing of data and maintenance of the system.

You will bring:

At least a bachelor's degree in any field.
SAP knowledge
English Communication
