    Job Responsibilities- Responsible for HRM, HRD and GA.- Handle recruitment process, development plan, company benefit etc.- Follow up company regulations.- Support HR Manager to handle performance management such as bonus, salary increment, promotion etc.- Other task as assigned.ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่- รับผิดชอบด้าน HRM, HRD และ GA- จัดการกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากร แผนการพัฒนา ผลประโยชน์ของบริษัท ฯลฯ- ติดตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท- สนับสนุน HR Manager ในการจัดการผลการปฏิบัติงาน เช่น โบนัส การขึ้นเงินเดือน การเลื่อนตําแหน่ง ฯลฯ- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายNecessary Skill / Experience
    • Age 25-32 years
    • Any gender
    • Bachelor's Degree in any field
    • At least 2 years' experience about HR&GA from any manufacturing industry
    • Daily conversational - middle level of English (for internal communication)
    • Able to use MS OfficeWorkplace Area: PrachinburiWorking Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat; about 1 time/month, depends on company calendar)About the Benefit

    • สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้พื้นที่ทํางาน: ปราจีนบุรีเวลาทําการ: 8:00-17:00 น.(จันทร์-ศุกร์, เสาร์; ประมาณ 1 ครั้ง/เดือน ขึ้นอยู่กับปฏิทินบริษัท)เกี่ยวกับผลประโยชน์
