Job Description:

Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective strategies
Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
Meeting with company executives to discuss sales results, client satisfaction, and product performance.
Conducting activities to increase store traffic and sales such as advertising campaigns, special promotions, and instore demonstrations of new products.
Developing and implementing strategies to grow market share by increasing brand awareness, increasing customer loyalty, and increasing store traffic.
Monitoring competitor activity and adapting strategies to ensure that their company maintains its competitive advantage in the market.
Establishing longterm business goals and developing plans to achieve them.

Requirement:

Male/Female, age not over 40 years old.
Korean nationality.
Bachelor degree in related field.
At least 5 years work experience in Sales.
Sales experience in Electronics, Plastic or Sticker products.
Good in English.
Able to drive a car and driver license will be advantage.
Company provide Visa, Work permit, Company car and driver (commute to work and visit client)
