Job SummaryThis position for ensuring machines and equipment operate efficiently by planning preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, managing tools and spare parts, and coordinating with teams. The role also provides technical support, controls budgets, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and drives continuous improvement.

Job Description

Ensure all machines and equipment within the responsible area are operating effectively and efficiently
Plan, schedule, and assign preventive maintenance activities to maintain machine performance and reliability.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize machine breakdowns.
Control and manage the supply of tools, equipment, and spare parts required for maintenance and repair work.
Provide technical advice and support to supervisors, team leaders, and maintenance staff.
Coordinate with related departments and external parties to support maintenance operations.
Prepare, monitor, and control maintenance plans and budgets within the assigned responsibility.
Implement and ensure compliance with company policies and standards related to Quality, Environment, and Safety.
Support departmental activities in accordance with company regulations and policies.
Continuously develop technical skills, knowledge, and competencies.
Participate in continuous improvement and maintenance activities to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Specification■ New graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in maintenance process.

■ Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering.

■ Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.

■ Computer literacy especially in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

■ Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration.

■ Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills.

■ Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
