Technical Service Engineer (Network Security) (45K–60K) (SDG วิศวกรฝ่ายบริการด้านเทคนิค (ความปลอดภัยเครือข่าย)Job responsibilities
• Act as a technical engineer with specialized and dedicated technology to resolve problems under SLA for Network Security equipment in IT leading markets such as Trend Micro, Splunk, Fortigate, Checkpoint, Palo-alto etc.
• Responsible for implementing security solutions with various technologies (Firewall, Log and SIEM, Web and Mail Gateway, IPS, IDS, ZTNA, Load Balance, etc.)
• Responsible for creating suiting necessary project documents for knowledge transfer
• Responsible for technical training requested by the sales team or customers
• Co-operate with product vendors to provide in depth troubleshooting
• Responsible for day-to-day basis standby service
• Learn research and update with technologies/products to customers and internal teamsความรับผิดชอบในงาน
• ทําหน้าที่เป็นวิศวกรด้านเทคนิคที่มีเทคโนโลยีเฉพาะทางและทุ่มเทเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาภายใต้ SLA สําหรับอุปกรณ์ Network Security ในตลาดชั้นนําด้านไอที เช่น Trend Micro, Splunk, Fortigate, Checkpoint, Palo-alto เป็นต้น
• รับผิดชอบในการใช้โซลูชั่นรักษาความปลอดภัยด้วยเทคโนโลยีต่างๆ (ไฟร์วอลล์, Log และ SIEM, เว็บและเมลเกตเวย์, IPS, IDS, ZTNA, Load Balance ฯลฯ)
• รับผิดชอบในการสร้างเอกสารโครงการที่จําเป็นสําหรับการถ่ายทอดความรู้
• รับผิดชอบการฝึกอบรมทางเทคนิคตามที่ทีมขายหรือลูกค้าร้องขอ
• ร่วมมือกับผู้จําหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อให้การแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงลึก
• รับผิดชอบบริการสแตนด์บายในแต่ละวัน
