    Responsibilities

    The Delivery ticket administration ASA is crucial to the success of our organization in ASA and will process from the front in every part of this role. This role is responsible and process for created the DT for as well as an improved the flow of work to all Business Units comply with company.

    In conjunction with Business Unit in Asia, this role is responsible and accountable for This also includes management of on time despatch, ensuring all DT compliant and completed in accordance with company procedures and policies and ensuring all parties are compliant with policy.

    A key accountability of you as a DT Admin. is to meet the targets set for you under we are work in differed time zone in Asia we would be flexibility for each buisiness unit, with maintain quality and continuous improvement.

    • Provide direct operational/administrative support to the Business Unit(s) by being responsible for
    • Delivery ticket raised within 24 hours
    • Essentially the role represents the information conduit between the Business Unit and Operations
    • Support functions
    • Responsible for the accuracy of data provided to the Operations Support Function to allow for
    • correct information flow through the rest of the business.
    • Checking of operations related information for entry into system mainly JDE
    • DTs to be returned into JDE within 2 business day
    • Any support required from production Line or Invoicing part to completed system Invoice.
    • Monitoring DT such as draft DT, pending DT over 6 months, overdue of permits delivery date.

      Qualifications
      • 3 + years in data management and material testing or manufacturing.
      • Excellent purchase process knowledge.
      • Preferably from Oil and Gas industry.
      • Manufacturing experience.
      • Holder of certification to ASNT Level II in Magnetic Particle Inspection and Dye Penetrant Inspection. Previous experience of inspection of Fishing and Re-Entry Tooling.
      • Experience of reporting inspection findings Experience of inspection within a repair/manufacturing facility
