Job Detail:

Take care all of QSHE activity

- ・Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
- ・Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
- ・Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
- ・Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.
- ・Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
- ・Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker's compensation claims.
- ・Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
- ・Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics.
- ・Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system.
- ・To maintain and update the management system of ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and other certifications linked with the company activity.
- ・Develop plan and carry out site QHSE audits, clarify the rectification requirements with responsible departments and follow up with the progress.
- ・To organize Safety Committee Meeting, attend daily production meeting and other specific meetings to provide HSE solutions.
- ・Work with relative authorities of all levels as well as the internal departments, ensure the relative HSE acceptance, appraisals and inspection are passes.
- ・To provide the QHSE reports and data analysis to management team, to assist the management take decision.
- ・Develop and implement the staff's and contractor's HSE training plan- ・Bachelor's degree in Engineering related field.
- ・At least 7 years experiences as QHSE in Automotive Business in manufacturing fields.
- ・At least 5 years experience in Management Level as QHSE in Automotive Business in manufacturing fields.
- ・Advanced Conversational Middle Level in English
- ・Knowledge IATF16949, PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA and SPC
- ・Leadership personality with team work capability
- ・Good supervisor skills, decision-making ability, effective communication.
- ・Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solution to problems.
