คำอธิบาย

• Be responsible for accounting function, for example, issuing invoice, etc., submit all documents to accounting firm for preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare tax filing submitting to Revenue Department including VAT, PND 3, 53, 54 and etc.
• Handle tax matter, affecting the business, such as VAT, withholding tax, customs related, etc.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
• Supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.
• Manage in day-to-day cash flow movement.
• Organize and maintain financial records.
• Monitor accounts payable/accounts receivable, billings, claims, reconciliations and release retention cases.
• Support other accounting job which is assigned by manager.
• Other role as assigned such as Admin, Purchase job.- จัดทําเอกสารค่าใช้จ่ายของบริษัทฯ และบันทึกสมุดรายวัน ค่าใช้ จ่ายต่างๅ- บันทึกข้อมูลในบันทึกบัญชี- ตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีซื้อ/ขาย กับใบกํากับภาษีซื้อ/ขาย- ตรวจสอบรายการ Stork และกระทบยอดบัญชีกับบัญชีแยกประเภททุกบัญชี-ตรวจสอบรายการสรุปผลการตรวจนับสินค้าและอื่นๆ-จัดทํา Bank Reconcile เพื่อตรวจสอบบัญชีที่รับผิดชอบทั้งหมดกับบัญชีแยกประเภท-ตรวจสอบภาษี ภงด, ภ.พ. ต่างๆ และ กระทบยอด และยื่นแบบรายเดือน-ตรวจเอกสารเงินสดย่อย พร้อมรายการตั้งเบิกทั้งหมด-จัดทําตัวเลขบริหารจัดการส่งให้ผู้บริหารพิจารณา-จัดทํารายงานกําไรขาดทุน-จัดทํางบการเงิน งบกําไรขาดทุน งบกระแสเงินสดและอื่นๆ
