We are seeking a Client Advisor who will play a key role in achieving and exceeding the store's commercial targets while building authentic, long-term relationships with BOYY clients.
Responsibilities:
Support BOYY's growth and strengthen its position as a leading luxury brand in the Bangkok retail market.
Deliver exceptional customer service by combining deep product knowledge with authentic human connections.
Maintain and expand the global client list for BOYY Bangkok Retail, proactively identifying clienteling opportunities.
Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets while supporting long-term growth through daily sales and footfall reporting.
Consistently exceed sales, customer experience, and operational KPIs.
Assist the Store Manager in stock management, reporting any discrepancies, theft, or damage.
Stay informed about the local market and identify new business opportunities.
Provide support in Visual Merchandising when required.
Be flexible and available to work shifts across Monday to Sunday.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in a dynamic retail environment (luxury experience preferred).
Fluency in both English and Thai; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
Strong ability to prioritize and manage daily tasks.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in an international environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; adaptable to different clients and situations.
A friendly, professional, and inspiring attitude with a strong passion for customer engagement.
