Software, Web Service, Other, Telecommunication- Strategic Product Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, aligning with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.

Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the cryptocurrency exchange space.
Feature Development: Plan and oversee the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and maintain competitive advantage.
User-

Centric Design:
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure product design optimally balances functionality and user experience.

Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure product features are delivered efficiently and to high standards.
Feedback Loop Management: Implement systems for collecting, analyzing, and acting on user feedback to continuously improve the product.
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic importance and user impact.
Competitive Analysis: Regularly assess the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and positioning.

Team Leadership:
Inspire and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability

Blockchain and Technology Trends:

Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets to guide the product's strategic direction.

Qualifications:

Requirement:

- 【Must】

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the fintech industry
Good command of English

【Advantage】- Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong organization, people skills and familiar with the development team, the product vision, and business users
Cando and positive attitude
Good communications and interpersonal skill
