- Define and implement IT strategy and roadmap aligned with the overall direction of Thai Group Holdings.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end Business Core Applications for life insurance, non-life insurance, and capital businesses, ensuring stability, accuracy, and modern functionality.
- Lead the development and improvement of IT systems, databases, and infrastructure to support operational efficiency and business expansion.
- Supervise enterprise data management, reporting systems (BI), and ensure data is accessible and actionable at all levels.
- Ensure the stability, quality, and security of the IT infrastructure and networks, including effective BCP (Business Continuity Planning).
- Drive and monitor key IT and digital transformation projects such as Core System upgrades, Customer Service platforms, and Call Center enhancements.
- Provide strategic IT advice and solutions to other business units and projects.
- Control IT budgets, resources, and ensure effective cost management of all IT initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to perform effectively and align with the companys goals.
- Support corporate-level initiatives and serve on company committees as assigned.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven track record in IT strategic planning, application and infrastructure management, and digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, business processes, and data governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver business-driven IT solutions.
